At Pine State Paws, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and training for dogs throughout Southern Maine. As a fully licensed and insured, trainer-owned facility, we bring over 14 years of combined experience working with and training dogs. Our relationship-based approach focuses on building clear communication and strong bonds between dogs and their owners. Whether your dog is joining us for training, daycare, or boarding, they will enjoy a safe, structured, and enriching environment designed to support their physical, mental, and social well-being.

    Private Lessons

    Private lessons are the perfect way to give your dog the individualized attention they need to learn quickly and effectively. We work one-on-one with you and your pup to focus on obedience and basic commands, as well as behavior modification and problem solving. Together, we develop a personalized training plan to help your dog become the best version of themselves.

    Daycare

    Our daycare provides a safe and fun environment for your dogs. Unlike your typical large-scale daycare, we offer small play groups, constant supervision, enrichment activities, and more.

    Whether your pup needs a cozy place to stay for a weekend getaway or a long vacation, we’d love to help. Overnight care spots are very limited to make sure every dog gets the attention and care they deserve, so we highly recommend planning ahead and reaching out as early as possible to reserve your dates.

*Please note: dogs must be dropped off between 7:30am-9:00am, and picked up between 3:30pm-5:00pm.
